Day 1 – Delhi to Rishikesh

  • Meals: Dinner

  • Timing:

    • Guests arrive in Delhi and transfer to the hotel.

    • 3:30 PM – Group introduction and briefing.

    • 4:00–7:00 PM – Excursion (group may choose one):

      • Bangla Sahib Gurudwara

      • Humayun’s Tomb

      • India Gate

      • Red Fort

    • 7:30 PM – Welcome dinner & gentle grounding meditation.

  • Overnight: Delhi

Day 2 – Delhi to Rishikesh

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

  • Timing:

    • 6:00 AM – Option 1: Luxury train to Haridwar → 1.5 hr drive to Rishikesh.

    • 7:00 AM – Option 2: Group coach directly to Rishikesh (~6–7 hrs with breaks).

    • 12:30 PM – Check in and welcome at the resort for the retreat.

    • 1:00 PM – Lunch & rest.

    • 3:30 PM – Consultation/Follow-up (Case History already submitted) (This can be done before travelling)

    • 7:30 PM – Lecture: Bach Flower/Acupuncture/Acupressure

    • 8:30 PM – Dinner.

Day 3 – Ayurveda, Bach Flower & Inner Balance

Day 4 – Healing Techniques & Ganga Aarti

    • 4:30 PM – Transfer/Guided walk to bazaar near Parmarth.

    • 5:30 PM – Parmarth Niketan Ganga Aarti.

    • 8:30 PM – Return & Dinner.

Day 5 – Himalayan Awakening

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    • 4:30 AM – Drive to Kunjapuri Temple for sunrise meditation.
